Currency and payment types
All my prices are in US dollars, at this time I accept all major credit cards and debit card payments through paypal. I will consider money orders or personal cheques on an individual basis. If you would like to pay using cheque or money order please contact me to make arrangements. I will not ship the item until I am satisfied payment has cleared. Shipping and Packaging
All in stock items will be shipped through Canada Post with delivery confirmation and/or insurance within 1 to 2 business days of completed purchase. World wide shipping will be free! My priority when preparing items to be sent in the mail is the safety of the jewelry, but I also pay special attention to the aesthetics of the packaging so you can be sure you will receive a lovely package fit for gift giving. Return/exchange policyIn the rare case that an item just isn’t what you were expecting I will accept returns or exchanges of jewelry in its original new condition. Please contact me within 30 days from posting or 3 days of recieving the package. The cost associated with returning an item will be the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend paying for insurance, and delivery confirmation as I will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. I want you to be happy with your purchase so please don’t hesitate to contact me regarding any concerns you may have.Special Orders
Special order items are pieces that will be made once you have placed your order. Special order items usually ship within two weeks. If you are in a rush please contact me before you order and let me know how quickly you need the piece, I will do everything I can to accommodate you. Custom orders
I welcome custom orders. I will work with you to create the perfect piece. Once a design has been decided on I will require half the payment in advance and the remainder once the project is completed, but prior to shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned. Privacy Policy
