Handcrafted Rhodonite and Sterling Silver Necklace #108
This is a unique one of a kind necklace. I started by cutting and polishing this beautiful rhodonite stone which is native to Vancouver Island, after that I made a typical bezel setting then embellished it by soldering the organic looking wire work to the sides of the bezel. I then made the sterling silver chain to mimic the organic style of the pendant. The pendant measures 1 inch (2.5cm) wide by 1 1/2 (4cm) inches long and the necklace is adjustable in length up to 20 1/2 inches (52cm).
Does it look Victorian? Is it made for a fairy Princess? You decide!
